- Greenbusch provided the mechanical, acoustical and audio visual design for the Fisher Pavilion, a national award winning addition to the Seattle Center Campus.
- The building needed to respond to rapidly changing load conditions, or in the case of large gatherings, high ventilation and cooling loads.
- The conventional HVAC system and radiant floor heating designed by Greenbusch can address surge loads and provide ventilation air for 1,500 to 2,000 occupants.

- New 40,000 square foot science building
- Work included HVAC, plumbing, laboratory piping, fire control, and fume exhaust.
- Provided each lab with a separate control system, as determined by the lab pressurization vs. fume hood exhaust requirements.
