  • Greenbusch provided the mechanical, acoustical and audio visual design for the Fisher Pavilion, a national award winning addition to the Seattle Center Campus.
  • The building needed to respond to rapidly changing load conditions, or in the case of large gatherings, high ventilation and cooling loads.
  • The conventional HVAC system and radiant floor heating designed by Greenbusch can address surge loads and provide ventilation air for 1,500 to 2,000 occupants.




VEER Lofts

Whatcom Community College Science BuildingJohnson Architecture & Planning- Seattle, WA

  • New 40,000 square foot science building
  • Work included HVAC, plumbing, laboratory piping, fire control, and fume exhaust.
  • Provided each lab with a separate control system, as determined by the lab pressurization vs. fume hood exhaust requirements.
