- Remodel of approximately 13,000 SF of existing conditioned space to create a new surgery center.
- The commissioning scope included heating water system, chilled water system, AHU w/ VAV boxes, central and general exhaust systems, fire alarm interface with HVAC systems, medical gas, plumbing and control systems.
- The project is being commissioned in accordance with WSEC and Seattle Energy Codes.
